Spark Offices is located in the heart of downtown Manchester, NH at 500 N Commercial St #502, 03101. When looking for our offices be sure to go in the doors closest to the street and past the Stark Tavern entrance. Go up the elevator to the 5th floor and we are down the hall on the left.
Our hours of operations are from 8am – 5pm. We can however accommodate members that want to work after hours or on weekends. Additionally, the space is available for after hour events and seminars.
We have plans for businesses of all sizes. Our most basic packages include unlimited access to the collaborative area of the office as well as complimentary coffee and WiFI. We have also created packages for businesses that are interested in conference and private suite access.

We ask all members to sign a Terms and Conditions policy. Our packages are in increments of 3 months. Your contract will automatically renew unless we are given prior notice.
